Charles Trevanion (? – ?) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons of England in 1625.
Trevanion was the son of Charles Trevanion of Caerhays, Vice-Admiral of Cornwall and his wife Joanna Witchabse. He was High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1596.
In April 1625, Trevanion was elected Member of Parliament for Cornwall for a year.
Trevanion married Amia Mallet, daughter of Sir John Mallet of Enmore. Their son John Trevanion was a royalist supporter who was killed in action at Bristol.
