Charles Pilsworth (died 1735) was a British politician. He was Member of Parliament for Aylesbury from 1741 to 1747.
Pilsworth married Parnell Tyringham and resided in the manor of Lower Winchendon. This manor, which Eddeda held of Queen Edith before the Norman Conquest eventually descended to Lord Francis Tyrington. At his death in 1735, Lower Winchendon descended to his sisters, Parnel wife of Charles Pilsworth, and Mary Tyringham.
