Major General Charles L. "Chuck" Carr, CAP, is the former National Commander of the Civil Air Patrol. He was previously the National Vice Commander and Great Lakes Region Commander.
He retired as a Superintendent of Security Police in the grade of Master Sergeant (E-7) after serving 23 years in the United States Air Force.
