Cedric McMillan (born August 17, 1977) is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder and Army Instructor. His most recent victory was the 2017 Arnold Classic.
In 2015 McMillan was one of the bodybuilders Slate magazine profiled in an article entitled, "Has Gay Panic Ruined Body-building?"
