Biography
Casey Pratt is an Oakland A’s Insider for Comcast SportsNet in San Francisco. He contributes to SportsNet Central, Chronicle Live A’s Pregame Live, A’s Postgame Live, and CSNCalifornia.com’s A’sTalk page. Pratt joined the network in 2009, and worked as a producer for SportsNet Central, as well as the Oakland A’s and San Jose Sharks pre-and post-game shows.
Career
Prior to joining Comcast SportsNet, Pratt worked as a sports producer, news editor, and media manager at KGO-TV (ABC) in San Francisco, from 2006-2009.
Awards
Pratt won a San Francisco/Northern California Emmy Award, in 2010, for his contributions to A’s Final Cut: 2009. He also received two Emmy nominations for A’s Final Cut: 2011 and 2011 A’s Season Preview Show.
Education and Personal Life
Pratt was born in San Diego, California. He is a long-time East Bay resident, and graduated from San Ramon Valley High School. He received his B.A. in Journalism from San Francisco State University. Pratt currently lives in Danville, California, with his wife, Danielle.
