Carlos María Collazzi Irazábal, SDB (born on September 20, 1947 in Rosario, Uruguay) is the current bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mercedes.
Carlos María Collazzi Irazábal entered the Religious order of the Salesians of Don Bosco and received on 4 October 1980 the Sacrament of Holy orders. On 14 February 1995 Pope John Paul II appointed him bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Mercedes. The Bishop Emeritus of Mercedes, Andrés María Rubio Garcia, SDB, gave him on 26 March of the same year, the episcopal consecration. His co-consecrators were the Bishop of Canelones, Orlando Cabrera Romero, and the Bishop of Florida, Raúl Horacio Scarrone Carrero.
