Biography
Carlos Delgado Altieri is a Puerto Rican politician and the current mayor of Isabela. He was born in January 9, 1960 in Lares Puerto Rico. Delgado is affiliated with the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) and has served as mayor since 2001. Obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Puerto Rico.
In 2018 announced his candidacy to run for Governor of Puerto Rico in Popular Democratic Party.
