Carl R. Ice is an American businessman. He's been the President of BNSF Railway since November 1, 2010, and President and CEO of since January 1, 2014, succeeding Matthew K. Rose in the role. He started working for the Santa Fe Railroad, which would later be consolidated into BNSF, in 1979.
