Biography
Calico Cooper (born 20 May 1981) is an American actress and singer. She is the daughter of American rock musician , Alice Cooper. She was once featured in Maxim magazine's "20 Hottest Rock Star Daughters."
Early life
Calico Cooper was born Calico Furnier on 20 May 1981 in Beverly Hills, California, to Sheryl Goddard and Alice Cooper. She has a younger brother, Dashiell Cooper (born 1985, singer and interior designer in phoenix, AZ) and a younger sister, Sonora Rose (born 1992, make-up artist in Los Angeles.)
She mostly grew up in Los Angeles and Phoenix, Arizona. When she was 18, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in show business.
Career
Early days
Calico began working for her father since she was 18. Alice hired Calico to choreograph on his Brutal Planet world tour. (Brutal Planet was Alice Cooper's fourteenth solo studio album, released in 2000.) She had accompanied her father in a total of 11 world tours and 8 full stage shows.
She also appeared in Brutally Live, a DVD of Alice Cooper's 19 July 2000 concert in London.
In 2003, she appeared in "Rock Star Daughters" episode of E! True Hollywood Story. The show profiled children of notable rock stars. Other people on the show have included:

- Liv Tyler (daughter of model Bebe Buell and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith)

Acting
Cooper studied acting at The Stella Adler Academy of Acting, Los Angeles; Margie Haber Studio, Los Angeles; and from acting coach, Ivana Chubbuck. She has also been a member of improv studios The Groundlings and The Upright Citizens Brigade.
She made her acting debut in the summer of 2005, appearing in a minor role in Rich Ragsdale-directed horror film, The Curse of El Charro. In January 2007, she was seen playing the lead role of "Gum" in comedy/horror film, Puppy. The same year, she was seen in two other movies: as the junkie in horror film, Junkfood Horrorfest; and as Jess in the drama, Rolling.
Over the years, she has appeared in numerous horror, vampire themed movies, making the genre her trademark.
Her 2010 psychological horror, Thirty Proof Coil, in which she played the leading role of a kidnapped mentally unstable college student, became a cult classic and was featured in Thriller Chiller. In 2011, she landed the recurring role of "Lila Black" in the television series, Bloomers. Beginning with "LA, Baby" episode in November 2011, she was seen in a total of 18 episodes up to "Shot Shot Shot" episode of the last season in 2018.
In 2013, she appeared in two horror films directed by James Cullen Bressack: as "Susan" in Family Time, and as "Marcy" in 13/13/13.
In 2015, Calico made her debut as a producer with the comedy/crime film, Love of Mass Destruction. The film was directed by Berenika Maciejewicz and Jeff Solema, with Cooper and Swedish actor, Johan Wester in lead roles.
Most recently, Cooper was seen in short rock music short, Cold Cold Coffin. Cold Cold Coffin is a new song by Dennis Dunaway, who was a founding member of the Alice Cooper group. It was premiered on 14 August 2019 at Theatre 80 St. Marks in New York City. In the attendees were many famed ex and current Alice Cooper musicians. The rockers threw a live performance with Nick Didkovsky on guitar; Chuck Garric on bass; Ryan Roxie on guitar; and Russ Wilson on drums, and played Alice Cooper's hits such as Black Juju, Feed My Frankenstein, Schools Out, and I'm Eighteen.
Calico has just finished filming for TV comedy series, The Normal Ones. She is in the lead role of "Kayla McQueen" alongside Alvaro Manrique who is portraying "Chris McQueen." The makup artist for the film is Calico's sister, Sonora Rose Cooper.
Music
Cooper is member of Los Angeles-based heavy metal/industrial metal band, Beasto Blanco. The band was founded in 2012 by longtime Alice Cooper bass player, Chuck Garric. Calico provides vocals, and other members are: Chuck Garric (vocals, guitar,) Chris Latham (guitar,) Jan LeGrow (bass,) Tim Husung (drums,) and Ryan Greene (sound engineer.)

Personal life
Calico married actor Jed Williams on October 4, 2015, at a ceremony on Maui, Hawaii. Her sister, Sonora Rose Cooper, was one of the bridesmaids and her brother, Dashiell Cooper, was one of the groomsmen.
