C. Wayne McIlwraith is an American orthopaedic surgeon, currently the Barbara Cox Anthony Endowed University Chair and a University Distinguished Professor at Colorado State University. He also holds honorary doctorates by the Massey University, University of Turin and Royal Veterinary College.
