Blake Cordish

Blake L. Cordish (born December 29, 1970) is a Principal and Vice President of The Cordish Companies. He is responsible for the Real Estate Division of the Company. Cordish is the son of David S. Cordish, the third generation CEO and Chairman of The Cordish Companies.
Cordish was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and he is currently a Principal and Vice President for The Cordish Companies. Mr. Cordish's responsibilities include new developments, as well as leasing for The Cordish Companies. Mr. Cordish focuses primarily on urban public-private developments. Mr. Cordish played an active role in the development of Bayou Place, Ballpark Village, Fourth Street Live!, The Power & Light District, XFINITY Live!, and other developments within The Cordish Companies portfolio. Mr. Cordish holds a bachelor's degree from Princeton University where he graduated magna cum laude. He also played on the varsity tennis team during his time at Princeton. Mr. Cordish serves on the boards and governing bodies of numerous charitable and non-profit agencies.

Personal life

Cordish currently resides in Lutherville, Maryland with his wife, Angie (née Delp) Cordish, and their three children. He serves as a trustee for Johns Hopkins University.
