Bill N. Lacy (born April 16, 1933) served as the Executive Director of the Pritzker Architecture Prize from 1988 through 2005. Previously, he served as President of the State University of New York at Purchase . From 1980 to 1987, he served as President of the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
