Berenado Vunibobo (24 September 1932 – 27 December 2015) was Fiji's permanent representative to the United Nations from 1976–1980 and from 2008–2010, and Minister for Foreign Affairs, International Co-operation and Civil Aviation 1997-1998. Vunibobo agreed with the assessment, and stated:
He was succeeded in February 2010 by Peter Thomson. He died on 27 December 2015.
