Benjamin Allen "Ben" Glover (born June 1, 1978) is an American Christian musician, who is mainly a music producer and songwriter, where he was a singer with Word Records. He released one studio album, 26 Letters, on May 1, 2001, with Word Records. Glover has won a Grammy Award, for songwriting at the 56th Annual edition, for Best Contemporary Christian Music Song, with regards to his co-writing of "Overcomer" from Mandisa. He has been honored with the ASCAP Christian songwriter of the year award, in 2015.

Early and personal life

Glover was born, Benjamin Allen Glover, on June 1, 1978, in Loveland, Colorado, where he resided for 21 years, before relocating to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue his music career. He was married in Loveland, Colorado to Kara Forbes, on July 13, 2002, and now they reside in Franklin, Tennessee, with their daughter, Emerson.

Music career

His music recording career started in 1999, with his singing and songwriting. He released, 26 Letters, on May 1, 2001, with Word Records, before embarking on his music producing career. Glover would win a Grammy Award, for his songwriting on "Overcomer" by Mandisa, at the 56th Annual edition of the event, in the category of Best Contemporary Christian Music Song. He was honored at the 2015 Christian American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers award ceremony, for Christian songwriter of the year.
