Biography
Baleshwar Rai is a 1970-batch UT cadre Indian Administrative Service officer. He retired as Secretary Coordination in the Cabinet Secretariat at Government of India. He was .additional secretary in Union Labour ministry. He was the Chief Secretary of Goa for over two years. He also served as the joint secretary in the Union power ministry. He has held several important positions after retirement like the Chirman of Delhi Public Grieviences Commission, Cihairman of the governing Body of UPRAS Vidyalaya, Chairman of the governing body of Kirori Mal College.He belongs to Ghazipur District in East UP .
Baleshwar Rai is currently involved in Social and Educational activities along with agriculture.
