Abu Nazar Abdul Aziz ibn Mansur Asjadi was a 10th-century and 11th century royal Persian (Tajik) poet of Ghaznavid empire located in Ghazni province of current Afghanistan.
Originating from Merv, and in some accounts Herat, he was a follower of the panegyric school of poetry of Unsuri in Khorasan.
His Divan does not remain.
He died in 1040 CE.
