Ariel Raubvogel is an Israeli public relations expert and the current P.R. advisor to Hashim Thaçi, the Prime Minister of Kosovo. According to the press, its role is controversial on a large variety of subjects, including a contract of US$ 6,000,000 between the Kosovo State and the public relations agency Saatchi & Saatchi, to improve the image of the unilaterally proclaimed Republic of Kosovo in the world.
