Are Vesterlid (28 July 1921 – 29 August 2013) was a Norwegian architect.
He was born in Strinda as a son of architect Arne Vesterlid (1893–1962) and Gerd Zachariassen (1895–1979). In 1956 he married teacher Gunvor Myhre.
He took architect's education in 1946 and graduated from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in 1953. He specialized in wooden architecture, and was a professor at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design from 1967 to 1998.
