Biography

Anuradha Das Mathur is Founding Dean of The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women, India's first management and personal growth program exclusively for women, and is also a Founder and Director of 9.9 Media (Nine Dot Nine Media) - one of India’s fastest growing niche media companies. Specifically, she manages 9.9 Media’s CFO and CEO communities, in addition to its research business and India’s first speaker bureau. She is also a Senior Advisor at Albright Stonebridge Group.She is the co-founder of Samarth, a professionally managed eldercare organisation in India.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she ran Business-world, one of India’s most widely read business magazines and worked for The Economist Group. Mathur was also selected as one of 25 young, talented, emerging global woman leaders for the prestigious Global Emerging Women Leader’s Program, offered by Fortune magazine and the US State Department.

Mathur is also the Founder of the Foundation of Working Women, an organization to help women live their choice of work through public policy, infrastructure and awareness creation.

Mathur is a trained economist with a bachelor's degree from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and a master's degree from Trinity College, University of Cambridge.

In the year 2018, her article on "How Humanity Can Help You Succeed in the New Corporate World" was published on Harvard Business Review Ascend.
