Antonio Brancaccio (12 February 1923 – 26 August 1995) was an Italian former judge and politician.
Brancaccio was born in Naples.
He was president of the Corte di Cassazione, the Italian Supreme Court.
On 17 January 1995 he became Minister of the Interior, holding the position until 7 June, when he was discharged owing to health problems. He remained in government without portfolio.
