Biography
Anthony Everett is an American news presenter, currently working for WCVB-TV, the ABC affiliate of Boston, Massachusetts.
Early life and education
Anthony Everett was born in New York City. He attended Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, receiving a B.A. in 1983.
Career
Everett's professional broadcasting career began in the mid-1980s when he began working as a sports reporter at KSPN-TV in Aspen, Colorado, in years 1984 to 1987. Later, he was promoted to anchor and news director.
Earlier in his career Everett had been a reporter and anchor of the 6 and 11PM news at WVIT-TV, the NBC affiliate in Hartford, Connecticut.
He joined WCVB in 1989 as a general assignment reporter. Since September 2005, Everett has been a co-host of the channel's news magazine Chronicle. Everett is a fill-in anchor of the channel's local news at 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:00PM and 11pm weekday newscasts.

- 2003 National Headliner Award for "Breaking News" following his coverage of The Station nightclub fire in West Warwick, RI.
