Alfred Grill (s. 24. syyskuuta 1926) on entinen itävaltalainen keskimatkojen juoksija.
Grill voitti Itävallan mestaruuden 800 metrin juoksussa vuosina 1947, 1949, 1953, 1955 ja 1956 sekä 1 500 metrin juoksussa vuosina 1949, 1955 ja 1956.
