Biography

Alfred William "Alf" Hedge (29 October 1917 – 4 May 1942) was an Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). He served as a bomber pilot with the Royal Australian Air Force during World War II, and was killed when his plane was shot down over Germany in 1942.
