Biography
Alex Tapscott (born March 27, 1986) is a Canadian business author, advisor and public speaker. His work revolves around the applications of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies like bitcoin. He is the CEO and Founder of Northwest Passage Ventures, an advisory firm for early-stage blockchain companies.
In 2016, Tapscott was named to the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Blockchain and spoke to the United Nations General Assembly at ID2020 about blockchain technology and the Internet of Value.
