Biography
Abaz Dilaver Çelkupa (1855-1926) was an Albanian politician. He was one of the signatories of the Albanian Declaration of Independence. He fought in the northern Albanian revolt of 1911 as well as in the Albanian revolt of 1912 against the Ottoman Empire. He was from a patriotic Albanian family which had origins from the more northern zones of Albania though mainly settled in Durrës.
